Executive Administrator – Part-Time or…. Fundraising and Chapter Operations Coordinator

Join a mission-driven team that’s making a real impact on wildlife conservation, ethical hunting practices, and outdoor sports advocacy. Our Las Vegas chapter of a respected international nonprofit is seeking an energetic, community-minded Executive Administrator to help lead and strengthen our chapter’s growth and fundraising efforts.

Why This Role Matters

As the chapter’s primary facilitator and administrator, you will play a key role in supporting conservation initiatives, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring our chapter’s continued success. You’ll work closely with a dedicated board and an engaged membership base—many of whom are influential leaders within the Las Vegas community.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable cultivating and maintaining relationships, particularly in support of      fundraising
• A proactive, self-motivated problem solver
• Someone who enjoys engaging with the community and representing a meaningful cause
• Interested in (or familiar with) hunting, shooting sports, and wildlife conservation—a plus, not a requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Manage chapter memberships, renewals, and recruitment
• Coordinate marketing, communications, and advertising
• Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement
• Assist in planning and executing chapter events
• Work closely with the board to develop strategies, organize meetings, and support chapter goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, vendors, and partners

Time Commitment

This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone working from home, semi-retired, or seeking meaningful community involvement.

• Peak Months (Jan–Feb & Sept): 60–80 hours/month to support our two annual fundraising events
• All Other Months: Approximately 12–15 hours/month for ongoing administration and member engagement

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and DOE. In addition to base pay, the position includes performance-based incentives tied to the success and turnout of our fundraising events.  This provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to increase earnings while directly contributing to the chapter’s impact and growth.
